Smile George Formby Grill

Just had a George Formby grill as a present and wondered if anyone has any tips on using it and any nice recipes?

It's the model with the separate griddle on the side

Re: George Formby Grill

I know of people that cook chips in it, think they were thick oven chips and they didn't taste to bad.

Not sure I would want to try that - perhaps thinly sliced saute potatoes on the griddle would be nice

Did a very nice home made burger last night with added fresh chilli. Did onions and slice of bacon on the griddle and toasted the buns - turned out very tasty!

Don't think I would go to the bother of making saute potatoes then just sticking them under the George Forman grill tbh. The thing I said is just a quick way to cook oven chips, if you like oven chips you will like it and if you don't then you won't.
