Specific ShowCentre 200 Help Needed!!!

Basically, I'm really struggling with this and would really appreciate some help!

I noticed that there are 3 different software/firmware updates. So firstly I installed the software that came on the installation CD, then connected the ShowCentre Player and updated the firmware. I then uninstalled the software on my PC, installed V2.2 and updated the firmware. I then uninstalled V2.2 and installed V2.3RC1. I have also paid for Dolby Digital activation. I'm using the ethernet connection by the way.

Anyway, would someone be kind enough to help me with the following:

1) I can only see the Dolby Digital Option when Using V2.2 firmware? Even though there is no firmware update in V2.3RC1 it has still removed this option? Is this normal?

2) It says that you can import WMV HD files with DRM "· All new features of v2.10 beta (import of DRM-protected files", however, it rejects them in 2.10, 2.2 & 2.3RC1? Other files are also being rejected?

3) Even if I use direct file access, files with DRM refuse to play?

4) 720P WMV HD files play but drop frames, however 1080i files play perfectly? Even the high bitrate stuff (16MBPS+) play fine.

5) If I install Windows Media Connect, the 2 devices can not be seen nor selected? I just get a white empty screen? Do I even need Windows Media Connect anyway?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!!
