Bang and Oulfson (sp?) vs the rest

are Bang and Oulfson really worth the extra money? £3.5k for a 26 inch lcd vs £1k usually?

If your requirement is for exclusivity, yes.
If your requirement is to impress friends and colleagues with the size of your wallet, yes.
If you believe design is more important over function, yes.
If it is picture quality, no.

No over priced and normally some other manufactures model from a year or two before.

However, those people with more money than sense like them.

I agree B&O is not worth the cash. Its not true high end gear as the quality just isnt there. It is more of a fashion accessorie for those who havent a clue about AV.
