Philips 37pf5520d/10

Looking at the above Philips tv or the 42" Plasma version which seems to have a lower res?

Anyone had any experience of these models. I had a Sony LCD and had several dead pixels so have been put off plus the slow refresh rate was fairly noticable. They both state they are HD ReADY ?

Thanks
