Cartridge Impedance

I have just set up my new Project Xperience Turntable fitted with an Ortofon Rondo Red MC cartridge. The Impedance is 10 - 200ohms and I'm hoping I've set the correct impedance on my Project Phono SE Mk11. The amp's instructions are none too clear. I've set the impedance at 18ohms by fixing the jumpers into the 22 and 100ohm positions. Is this correct?
How would it affect things if I set it to a different impedance within the 10 - 200ohm settings?

Hi,
I am unfamiliar with your amp so can't give any firm guidance. However I will say that the best setting will be the one that sounds best to you. I think I am right in saying that altering these values will affect the top and bottom ends most noticeably so you have to adjust until you get a decent balance.
