Marantz CD 6000KI vs CD6002 and CD 7001KI

I currently have the Marantz cd 6000KI and was looking to maybe upgrade. I was wondering if anyone has had any chance of comparing this with the new award winning 6002 or the CD7001KI.

Keep the marantz, no point in wasting money for a small if any jump in sound quality.

Buy more music instead

i bought the sa7001ki. I love the sound from the machine, however i do find it is slow to read cd's.

I personally found the soundstage much better than the 6002.

Its also a fair old size which i like.

Didnt hear the 6001ki....i doubt its worth another 500 over it though.

thanks for the replies. I will carry on with my existing player until it maybe gives up the ghost.
