Recommendation for Tuner/CD/ipod system

I've currently got a Denon UD-M50, which has served me well for 7 years, but the CD player has packed in and I'm looking for a replacement.

Can anyone recommend a system which will handle CD, Tuner (not necessarily DAB) and, ideally, a built in ipod dock (to serve an ipod Touch.) I'll keep the KEF speakers I already have.

I wouldn't want to spend more than £300 - £350.

Both dennon and onkyo do a range with controlable ipod docks. A variety of specs/deals and you can get them with or without speakers. So they are a bit more flexible to what want.
