Marantz CD63-MK2 KI - help needed

I loved this CD player but unfortunately now I have to replace it.

Does anyone know what today's comparable/equivalent version is please?

I have a very limited number of HI-FI shops where I live and need to buy online.

Ideally, I don't want to spend anymore than £300, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also - I'd be more than willing to look at any second hand CD systems available.

If you like the Marantz sound, it would probably be worth looking at the CD6002, very well reviewed and can be bought at under your budget.

£300 is a lot of money 2nd hand - equivalent to c.£6-700 in CD player terms so you could get any number of Arcam/MF/Cyrus players but I guess you like the Marantz sound (I recall the 63KI being very bass heavy but wonderfully full) - I'd give the new Marantz a look see.

Alternatively you could try and track down a 2nd hand PM-17KI Sig
