Yamaha amp with Lcd Tv (Is it wires up ok? Pics)

I have a Yamaha amp wired up to my Samsung LE40R87 Lcd tv. When I have the amp on with the tv it sounds like it's ecoing . When I play movies it seems ok. Do I have it wired up ok? I have two large speakers at the side of my tv as shown in the pictures. Any info would be great. Cheers
