Yes, I listened to the speakers with MF5 and Plinius at the dealer. I tend to lean toward the MF better than the Plinius.
I would like to know more available options.
Thanks.

Totems suck juice,I would try the Rega Pre/powers myself, wouldn't touch MF personally.I use my Totems with bel Canto, that will give you a good sound too.

Thanks, SKA.face.
I will look into the Rega option as well. How do you like Bel Canto with Forest? Does the model eVo 2 has enough power to make the Forest sing?

Since you're in the US,have a look at the Krell KAV400i which is IMHO superior to the Plinius,as well as more powerful if I remember, and may well be cheaper over there too.
The 400i would give you the power and current delivery that these speakers require, and excellent sound quality.

I actually use model1 sigs.Bel Canto have some new power amps out ICE,which are cheaper and smaller than the old range by some margin.Well worth trying.

Given your locale there is an obvious choice, the new Bryston B100-SST. It's essentially a 3B power amp in one box with a BP-25 pre amp. It's lightning fast, has stunning build quality, great imaging, has enough current to drive a pair of Martin Logan electrostatics and is warrantied for 20 years. If your looking for a completely honest, high power, dependable amp then this is what you need to be looking at.
Best wishes,
Dave
