Best place to sell equipment

Hello All!

I've been a lurker in these forums for a few weeks...and here goes my first post.

Can anybody give me any advice as to the best palce to sell my old system?

I know I can always go the ebay root...but I've been stung there before so am a bit reluctant.

Any advice would be very appreciated!

BTW it's a rotel system with rogers speakers.

First off may I welcome you to the forums.

As wombar states, there is an excellent classified section right here on the forums. TBH I would rather buy off the forums as I feel there is a great system in place to protect both buyer AND seller, plus because we are all enthusiasts I feel this makes for a more friendly, honest way of trading/buying/selling rather than certain other internet auction type sites where, as you say, you have been stung in the past.
Take a moment (or several) to read the rules of the forum before posting your ad to make sure there are no rule breaches and you'll be fine.

I like the trading section on this forum, as most people here are hifi nuts most of the equipment is in A1 condition and often slightly cheaper than eBay as there are no fees
