Sound drop outs

Hi all,

Not sure which is the best forum for this question so thought I'd give HiFi a shot. I did a home cinema install at the weekend at the house of the builder who built my cinema. Put in a very nice system comprising a Sharp XV91e projector, electric screen, Keff Egg speakers, Harman & Kardon 2550 receiver and Harman & Kardon DVD30. Everything is great apart from occasional sound drop outs which last for no longer than a second.

I have no idea what might be causing these. Can anybody help?
