Half a pound off 16 and a half stone, so I'd call that a genuine 2stone loss (probably a little bit more, maybe 2 and a qtr)

Nah,I'm on this BFFM summer challenge so really pushing it. Still carb cycling but on lifting days I'm at a 30% surplus and 30 % deficit on non. Doing a 4 day split so I'm putting some on eating pretty cleanly though
At day 50 mid-way point now so in a few weeks I'll drop to a 3:1 deficit:surplus and drop body fat.
Weigh in this morning had me at 160 lbs and 13.2% bf on the accumeasures. Heaviest I've been for ages. Got down to 144 pounds last year but was too skinny

I have been lucky, I have not lost any weight twice so far, one week in November and one in December. I did go up in weight over Christmas and NY but soon took if off again.

After 4 months at a gym, the weight has finally started coming off now that I'm actually paying attention to what I eat as well as working out at the gym. 7lb loss in 3 weeks.

Amazingly, scales showed me at 16st 1.5lb - and that was this evening about 6pm! So quite happy with that - that's just over 2.5 stone lost since June. If I can manage another half stone I'd be super happy (and awfully surprised!)

I decided to save my weight loss progress spreadsheet as a pdf. I wanted to wait until I was another 7 pounds off but I will just update it in the future.

The last recorded weight is what I was this morning and hope to stay the same for my weekly weigh in. It is 13 stone 2 pounds lost and 49.33% weight lost overall. Another 2.5 pounds and it will be 50%.

My Weight loss each month

I ended up losing another half an pound since yesterday. I am now on 13st.6.5. PDF has been updated.

I'm impressed! I could do with losing a couple of stones, I thought with stopping beer and cider and moving onto diet coke and spirits would have done it, but alas no...... Think something out of Matts book will probably help me! I go back to work in 3 weeks, so I'll try sticking to packed lunches and a wee bit of exercise!

I am getting slightly fustrated that i am not loosing any more weight. I know that i am getting more healthier though as clothes are getting looser fit on me, but scales not backing it up.

the scales don't always show mate, obviously you are losing inches.

Another 12 days since last weigh-in, and guess what? not a slight down movement on scale (morning)

Granted food got a bit bigger but also the amount and effort in exercises. It's really frustrating following this thread where everyone seems to be loosing something every week.

Anyway, well done to everyone who managed to go down

Are you using myfitnesspal? What quantities of protein, carbs, fat and total calories do you eat per day? The carbs you eat, are they good carbs?

I thought weight loss was impossible, but it never is

I would recommend counting everything you consume if you don't do so already. For me it was the only way. If you just eat whatever takes your fancy, even if it's reasonably healthy, you can easily go through a day eating insufficient protein and far too high carbs.

Last Friday I had a Chinese takeaway for my Birthday (first takeaway since New Years) and in the morning I shot up by 5 pounds on the scale ! It was just a pork curry, chips and a beer. I had the same thing last year and went up by 2 pounds. It has taken me till today to go back down to the 13st 6.5. It would be good if I could still lose another pound this week.

I sincerely doubt one takeaway had that impact, weight can fluctuate so easily. I weigh myself before working out and do it again after and it's always different.

Well it did. That was what I was Saturday morning at my normal weigh in time and mucked up my weekly weigh in day. Only today I was back down to what I was.

I know after 16 months how my weight fluctuates every day. I currently lose weight weight on Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday and it stays the same all week.

It is going to be different after working out just from water retention due to muscle repair or by sweating.

i wouldn't sweat it, after being away in spain for a weeks family holiday i came back and was 11 pounds heavier , i freaked as i was expecting a couple of pounds but not that, 4 days later it had all dropped off and i was the 2 pounds i was expecting over, and i very much doubt i lost 9lbs fat in 4 days. it's just the extra water/bloating after the carb overload
