Common sence is a must. A little education too.
Agree with the fat binging but as above that's not hard to educate on.
Iv not read the other thread, i might do.
Protein intake is solved with the walks or other light exercise.
Meat is my friend. Full of the stuff.
What i think im trying to say is i did it this way, i had previously tried other calorie restriction diets and all id did was make me ill . This worked with me, my wife. A friend has lost 5 stone, me 4 and ditto the wife.
I never felt restricted food wise or even hungry at all.
If this annoys people then so be it.
My bp is bang on now, as are my other main stats.
