Best Headphones for around £50

I need new headphones for my ipod 3g and my sony A818, I used to have cx-300 but they died recently and I am in need for new headphones and I have around £50 to spend... Has anyone got any reccommendations or anything?

The Sony MDR-EX500LP are very good, very clear high quality sound, durable, much better fit than my old cx-300's (which broke).

Will, did you try any other models. My cx300's are going strong but I fancy something different, maybe Shure SE210's or Senn CX500's?

Hmm, well the main headphones I have found with good reviews are sennheiser's Cx-550 and cx-95's, does anyone have these or have used them and could tell me what they are like etc?

Plus any other peoples personal experiences etc of other headphones whould be much appricatiated!!!!

I'm in the same boat I have the V-Moda Bass Freq they are good but I'm wondering if I can get any better for around £50
