Sony NWZ-A829 or alternative

Im after a new mp3 player and headphones... will be using when working out, taking dog for walk, mountain biking etc...

I had originally wanted to buy the sansa clip 8gb for £40 plus some new headphones for around £25-£30 (pmx 60 or pmx 80's). Total price £65 to £70

Im now looking at the Sony NWZ-A829 on play for £99 (minus quidco be about £95ish?) Anyone out there have the sony and what do you think of it. Does it come with bluetooth and normal headphones?

Any other options Ive missed out? touch etc?

Additionally, how much could I expect to get for my used 30gb ipod video (think its a video anyway) in well used but perfect working order. with additional firewire charger, car charger and transmitter (third party)?

any advice mucho appreciated.
