The 3Move from Meier-Audio is very good.

Re: Portable Headphone Amp

The iBasso T4 is a good choice for a very portable amp (it's absolutely miniature).

If you have a laptop with you when you travel then the iBasso D2 is a good solution as it can be used as both a DAC (via USB) and a portable headphone amplifier. The D2 also has a more open sound than the T4 that I personally like very much (even with IEMs).

Talking Re: Portable Headphone Amp

The best I have seen is the Graham Slee Voyager.

Excellent little device (I have one) and is even capable of driving top end headphones like the new Sennheiser HD 800.
