Headphones - £25 max

I know there are a lot of these threads

So I was thinking the Sennheiser HD-202s but can't find any in stock... want that more than the HD-201 as 202s have more bass which I want.

So any other reccomendations, want to spend £10-15, with what the credit crunch

Re: Headphones - £25 max

Both in stock at Play.....

Play.com (UK) : Sennheiser HD 201 Headphones : Electronics - Free Delivery

Play.com (UK) : Sennheiser HD202 Stereo Headphones : Electronics - Free Delivery

You should also consider PX100's but they are not as cheap as they used to be....

Play.com (UK) : Sennheiser PX 100 Mini-Headphones Black : Electronics - Free Delivery

Re: Headphones - £25 max

I second the PX100s. They seem to have gone up in price since I bought them but I still think they're worth it. Very comfortable, decent sound quality for the price. Remember, they're open backed so they may not be ideal for use in a noisy environment.

PX100 is a starter headphone everybody should have! Nice introduction to the Sennheiser sound, though mine never get used due to HD600/ESW9 love

lol, those are £250! Damn!

I would get the Beats by Dre if I had that sort of money lying around, I've tried them and they are awesome!

Re: Headphones - £25 max

Wow the PX100 maintains its retail selling price well. I remember paying £20 for it, and for me that'd be the ceiling as you start pushing the boundary and upping a budget to explore...

How is the bass?

The HD202s are like closed off, so bass stays inside if you get what i mean

I paid £15.99 for them - listening to my iPod via them at the moment.

They sound a lot better than their low price might suggest.

Re: Headphones - £25 max

Agreed. I think its the best budget headphone you can buy. Big sound, small package

Definite traits of the Senn sound there. You might consider the bass thumpy, but I have been spoiled by 3-figure portable headphones so caveat
