Class 1 a2dp earpiece

Does such a device exist - I have yet to find one...
I am looking for a class 1 (i.e. 100 M range) bluetooth earpiece so I can wander round the house listening to streaming audio (usually talk radio) being beamed into 1 ear while the other ear is available for hearing the doorbell, phone, rest of familly etc. I currently use a pair of bluetooth headphones but they are way too bulky and covering both ears means I can't hear anything else going on. A single earbud doesn't work as every time I move the wire always seems to pull the bud out. I don't need to be able to make / receive calls from my mobile. It doesn'r stricktly need to be a2dp, as long as the sound quality is good. The smaller, more discrete the better.
