Earphones (Over Ear) Recommendation

Earphones (Over Ear) Recommendation
I would like to get a pair of 'over-ear' earphones for bikeriding along quiet country lanes - having borrowed a pair I found they stop your lugs freezing when going downhill but still allow outside noise.
Any recommendations Appreciated , budget approx. £20-£30.

I would look at the sennheiser range, the px100 are excellent value for money but they are on-ear rather than over ear but they also do many over ear models as well.
