Denon AH-C751 any good?.

My current Sony in ear headphones are about shot (the cable has split), and I am currently in the market for some new ones and have come across the Denon AH-C751 and was wondering if anyone has tried these, are they any good?.
Thank you in advance for any help!.

Re: Denon AH-C751 any good?.

I love the AH-C700. Same driver and housing, longer cable and no accessories.

There will be plenty of great alternatives in excess of £100 and the best choice depends on your personal needs (SQ a given).

I wanted something to give me excellent detail throughout the frequencies at low volume ('cos i do a lot of listening in bed).

A lot of my recorded music has recessed vocals that benefit from a little 'lift' in the mids, the Denons do the trick very nicely.

I listen to rock, blues, indie, trip hop with some jazz and classical and find they have a natural and dynamic sound that lets you into the music.

On a practical level, these things can take a physical beating and the tangle free cord is great. Isolation is moderate and the vain may find the driver housing sticks out of the ear a little too much.

Re: Denon AH-C751 any good?.

I got a pair for Christmas (£100 online) and think they are fabulous.
I am hearing new parts in records I have been listening to for years. Only problem for me is they are so good I am re-ripping all my CD's to better quality MP3, and yes you can hear the difference.
