Earphones for cycling

Hi all, I'm after a pair of earphones for using when I'm cycling.
I have a pair of Shure SE210's for listening to music at home, but when I'm cycling I don't want the noise isolation as I need to hear approaching cars.

Can anyone suggest any earphones that are in-ear, non-isolating and aren't clip on or have a headband?
Budget is about £50-£60.

Cheers
