best mp3 player and earphones combination for £150 - is this a good choice??

I wanted to spend a £150 on medium sized mp3 player and good quality earphones. After looking around I was thinking of going for this as its within my 150 budget -

Sony 16gb NWZ-S639F and Sennheiser CX 95 style earphones.

I am not too bothered about video playback but more on good sound quailty for music. Is this a good choice or can you recommend a better combo?!

To be honest I think its as good as it gets for £150. The CX95 are a good all round earphone. I cant comment on the Sony walkman but if its judging by the one I have just got my Mrs(NWZ-A828) you cant go wrong. If you are looking for a good set of earphones I have a set of Audio Technica ATH-CK9 earphones for sale in the non av classifieds.
