Ipod Touch 2G

So I recently bought a ipod 32gb and I like the headphones, they deliver quite nice sound quality, but I was wondering if theyre is any other headphones substansaly better than the ones provided, I would like it more crystal clear with nice quality and nice bass!!, and another thing do any of you guys know a good ipod dock hifi/ player which is good and is not so much? thanks alot
( dont feel like splashing out more than 50-60 for headphones)

I use the Sennheiser CX300 with mine....good isolation from outside noise,decent sound for the price and very neat.

Watch out for fakes on auction sites.
