I dont know if anyone has any thoughts on this, I have a laptop and the sound is pretty poor, is there a way to wire up 2 speakers to it to make the sound loader, maybe through the headphone jack ? i figured you peeps here in the speaker section would know if this is possible.

Surely the laptop has a line-out jack? Use that with a £15 PC speaker system in preference to the headphone jack - which by definition will only be powerful enough to drive small speakers quietly.
