Need the cheapest decent amp for 990pro with auzentech prelude 7.1

i got the beyerdynamic dt990 pro 250ohm , i though they will work fine on my archos 5 and sound card but they are not loud enough.What is the cheapest way for me to get louder sound without losing quality.I don't know anything about headphone amps so i need some advice.

i already got that boostaroo one but it distorts the headphones.I don't need a portable amp anything is good as long as it makes my headphones louder while they sound great
