New phones...

Hi!

I am looking for new set of headphones. Now i have Beyerdynamic DT880 2005 (250ohm) and Sennheiser HD595. While i love both of them none of them is perfect for what i listen mostly. I love DT880 details and very accurate, textured bass. But what i dont like is that on certain recordings they can be sibilant. Way too much of highs. And they do not have enough bass. I mean quantity because quality is there. With HD595 i like more warmer sound. But they are maybe too much recessed (veiled) highs. I listen mostly to progressive rock, metal, classic rock.

So what i am looking is headphone that have nice detailed bass but more as DT880. And i am also looking for cans that are not too bright at the same time. Bass must be really strong, deep, punchy while they must have also good amount of detail...

I must mention that i have Asus Xonar D2 as source and Darkvoice 336i as amp.

My budget is around 300-450£ max. And they must be circumaural type and comfortable also.

Shortly:

- nice, strong, deep, fast detailed bass (no phones that are light in bass)
- good mids
- nice highs (not too much)
- PRAT
- good for metal, progressive rock, classic rock

Thanks.
