Best and simplest way to connect sennheiser RS130 to PS3

I'm wondering how to connect RS130 to PS3 optical output.
do i need Receiver or maybe i can use something like this to change signal conventer
they are wireless so i think they don't need Receiver, am i right?

can i connect them directly to AVmulti RCA or should i connect them thru some Amp?

The simplest way is to conenct to your TV via the headphine socket. Other than that, you could get a scart to RCA convert and connect to that (I had to connect this way).

I have already order my RS130 and i will connect them them to PS3 AVmulti output and set output in ps3 to that.
