Hi, I've had a pair of Grado's SR80s for a week now and am really impressed with them. Got them for £100 from my local hi-fi shop. After burning them in for 48 hours, I am really impressed with the sound and they are really comfortable as well.

Beyerdynamic DT770. Nicely rounded sound, exceedingly comfortable and a good dose of bass too!

i have the razer barracuda`s and they just blow me away for quality, they didnt gain there true potential however untill i upgraded my sound card for my pc "asus xonar" i reccomend them however if your wanting to watch movies. even without a computer..

bearing in mind ive tested goldrings and bose phones out to compare and the barras sound better.

Another recommendation for Grados, I have a pair of SR80s and they are great, especially for rock/metal. Not the bassiest headphones, but the detail and sound stage is excellent.

Note that they are open backed, so no good for use on public transport because they leak sound!
