Improving on sony DR-BT10CX

Ive got a pair of sony bluetooth headphones (BT10CX) They SQ aint that great form them but then again they only cost 17 quid so i didnt mind to much the convinence of them means i havent minded to much.

I now want to get a better pair of bluetooth headphones ive been looking at some sony ones and i wanted to know if the DR-BT20NX are much better then mine?

If not can anyone suggest a pair of inear bluetooth headphones for around that price!
