Hope you guys can help me out here....

I'm looking for a decent set of earphones that I can use while working out/jogging/running. Budget isn't a huge issue so long as I can find a solid sounding set that are not going to fall off/out when I'm out running. This is my first venture into a more expensive pair of earphones. Have had a look around the forum to get some ideas but the majority seem to be these new canal type and I'm worried they won't stay in while I'm running.

Any pointers in the right direction will obviously be greatly appreciated and I can then look into them in more detail.

I'd like to know of any recommendations too, especially a set that dont transfer noise up the cable while jogging which I understand the Shure E2C's and Senns CX300 are guilty of
