Sennheiser CX95

I'm after a decent set of in-ear headphones and these are top of the list at the moment, so I would be very grateful for any opinions and experiences with them?

I listen to a variety of music ranging from Notorious BIG to Pendulum with a bit of Linkin Park and other such stuff thrown in for good measure! Clarity and a natural, open sound with decent bass are important.

Equally important are comfort and build quality. VERY important is the ability to block out external noise as I'll be using them outside or on a train/plane/underground.

With that in mind, are these the right 'phones for me? If not, what are? Are you happy with yours?

Cheers

Re: Sennheiser CX95

The Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro headphone is quite a bit more expensive than the Sennheiser CX95, but there is a significant different in the quality of the sound quality.

The UE Super.fi 5 Pro really is an excellent headphone. The clarity and detail is dramatically better than the CX95. I personally find the Sennheiser in ear headphone range heavy on the bass response, which colours the mids and highs.
