I need a headphone amp to connect to a macbook, are there any?

Hi,

I'm wanting to connect a headphone amp to my macbook if possibly. I'm wanting to drive some Sennheiser HD600's and looking for the best sound quality possibly under £250.

What route would I take to achieve this?

Macbook - Russ Andrews GQ Mini Cu interconnect - headphone amp of some description?

Thanks

I'd go for a Beresford DAC, plugged directly into the digital out of your macbook.

If you're after something smaller and more portable, the M-Audio USB products are quite good.

Ray Samuels Predator
Headamp Pico
Ibasso D1 or D2

All run via usb port and sized well for use with a laptop
