Can you use standard headphones in Virgin Upper class?

Does anyone know if you can use headphones with a normal 3.5mm connection in Virgin Upper Class?

I remember last time, the hand-outs on the plane had a twin jack connection, one 3.5mm and one smaller one.

I use one of these with my noise cancelling headphones.
