5.1 headphone amp for under 150€ ?

Hey guys,
I need new headphones and read a lot on these forums and
went for the Sennheiser HD650 (will get them tomorrow).
But now I also want to get a headphone amp cause I will use the headphones besides PC with my PS3, too, .
I read that I need a head-amp with a 5.1 functionality and because the PS3 has an optical out (/in?) that would be recommended.

I read about some on the forums but because some post are not up-to-date I wanted to ask myself. I read here about the JVC SU-DH1 but Amazon Germany does not sell that anymore and I don't know if it is good.

I think the JVC unit is available from www.audiocubes.com.

At least, I think that's where people have been ordering them from.
