Thanks: Gave 78, Got 17 | In Ear Headphones
Hello there! I am looking for some new in ear headphones, not all that much, maybe about £30.
I was looking at some Sennheiser CX400, maybe Sony MDR-EX71SLB Fontopia.
I'm fairly sure any Bose or Shure would be too expensive for me.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!

I have some Bose in ears and some of the Sony Fontopias. Although I love the Bose headphones and they do produce more bass the Sony's produce a very nice sound and I often choose them over the Bose when jogging or on the bike as they stay in the ear and are really comfortable.
For the money I'd say you can't go wrong with the Sony's IMHO. |

OK, thanks for that.
I have just seen the CX55's by Sennheiser - are they greater than the CX400s? Greater than the CX300s?
Thanks!

the shure e2c's are discontinued but you might be able to find a pair for around £30-40 online
I'll recommend them to anyone anyday magical for the price (I paid £35 last year)

Thank you for that! Shure E2C's look perfect!
I knew if I waited long enough I'd get exactly what I wanted! Thanks to you two, that looks perfect. I just bought them from Play.com - for some reason the clear ones were £15 cheaper than black, so I got them for £35.
Thanks to you guys for that, really good. I didn't realise Shure made headphones in that price range.
Thanks again.

They arrived today (kudos to Play.com for the fast service) and they are brilliant! A little confusing at first with the style necessary to plug into the ear, but that may be because I'm used to the normal in ear headphones (iPod ones, etc.).
As well as great sound quality and strong, responsive bass, the noise isolation works wonders too.
Thanks again for the recommendation!
