Question Open portable headphones for classical use in an office? (£50-£150)

Hiya all. I'm having real problems with knowing where to look for this, and what to look for, so I'm really hoping someone can help, please

I have stupid ears that can't handle in-ear phones at all. The doctor said it's like eczema but in the ear, but it basically means that I can't have headphones that cause damp, humid environments. I do have some nice-but-cheap closed headphones that I currently use in the office, but I can only wear them for an hour or so until my ears start hurting again, so I think I'm almost certainly looking for open headphones.

As I'm intending to use them primarily for listening to an iPod (which I don't have yet, but going for the 80Gb classic if it makes any difference), I was thinking that lightweight ones might be nice, so I could use them out if I wanted too.

I'd quite like noise-reduction technology on them, to counter computer and air-conditioning hum, but it's not vital.

Finally, in terms of music, I listen to a lot of classical, particularly choral and opera. I do sometimes listen to blues, motown or rock, but most of the time it's classical and vocal, so that'd be the most important for me.

Budget is loose. Probably want to spend at least £50 to get the quality, and I'd imagine I would go up to £150 for the right pair, but that would be a hard cut-off point, so if they're £150.01 then I'd walk away

I know that's a long list, but you can see why I'm stuck!

To summarise...
  1. Not in-ear or closed (that leaves only open?)
  2. Suitable for iPod usage, ideally also suitable for outside use
  3. Noise reduction technology would be nice
  4. Primarily to be used for classical vocal music (opera and choral)
  5. Budget £50 to £150

Thank you in advance for any help!!!

Senn PX100 - portable, small, open, good sound, easy enough for ipod to drive, cheap(£20 dlivered). I'd even grab a set to use whilst looking at pricier sets of cans, and you may not need to go any further.
