Shure EC2s in the gym?

Are Shure EC2s suitable for use in the gym or while jogging?

Do they fit snugly or are the liable to fall out?

What else would you recommend with an iPod?

Re: Shure EC2s in the gym?

I've got a pair of E2c's. They're a fantastic set of cans - if you're not moving around that is.

The problem with them, and I would imagine with any IEMs for that matter, is that when you move around, the tugging and bumping of the cables gets transmitted straight to your ear. This gets really annoying when you go jogging.

On a more disgusting point, your inner ears get pretty sweaty after a hard workout too.

E2's are great, and they've really come down in price lately. But if you want to go jogging with your iPod, I'd switch to some good old earbuds and make sure they're light too.
