Help Please

HI Guys, I have a very old set of headphones, but I love the sound from them, the problem is the foam on them, they are big phones not portable ones, the foam is covered in like a thin black plasticy stuff which is flaking off, anything i can do to repair them. Sanyo PH300

sorry jimtoon but i've spent 2 hours on it and i can't even find any real info on your headphones.

if you have a link to any info, or better still any photos, i'll be willing to try again.
