Smile Sennheiser Return Procedure?

I'm not too sure on this, I read the guarantee service on their website, and it says that I must go through the vendor I bought the item from or something like that.

I checked Amazon.co.uk, and there is no guarantee available on my PMX100's, do I have to email AMazon or contact Sennheiser?

My PMX100's for some reason, has developed a crackling noise in the left speaker when playing something bassy (I rarely use it at high volumes anyway).
Its been less then a year since I've had these too.

Anyone have an idea on who to contact? I have proof of purchase still.

Also, do I NEED the packaging and things (They're somewhere in my garage or misplaced, I can't find them after a bit of a search)? Is it a necissity?

THanks everyone!

Re: Sennheiser Return Procedure?

Contact your retailer, in your case Amazon. You do not need your original packaging.
