Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro - 139 eur!

Hi,

I am looking into DT990 Pro seriously now. At the price of 139 eur, it seems that nothing comes close. I was thinking at first to get non-pro variant, but read somewhere that it has problem with loose magnets, which is solved in pro variant. Also, I cannot find non-pro to buy anywhere.

I have AKG-401 now, and used to own HD600 (which was squeezing my head too much).

Any thoughts or other recommendations for this price range?

Just to clarify, I am talking 2003 model, 2005 model is twice this price.

There is no "new" version of the DT990 pro really. Superfi were selling the new DT990 "non-pro" version for the same price as the old 2003 "non-pro" version but it seems to have disappeared from their site now. Any version of the DT990 would be a good buy in my book - I think mine are ace.
