headphone amp with more than one input and a loop through

Anyone know of a good quality headphone amp that has two inputs, so that I can connect both a cd player and a turntable (via a phono stage) to it? It would also need a line output.

Or, alternatively, are there any headphone solutions that can be connected to the speaker outs or a power amp?
