Angry Broke my MDR-v500's

I was biking home really drunk and the headphone jack fell into the crank of my bike and severed the cord... The headphones are under warranty and im considering trying to a good job of reattaching the cord with a little bit of super glue and returning them to the store saying they don't work. (ive already returned a pair of fully working ones because i didn't know my ipod was ****ed not the headphones so they do take this back easy. Is this a good idea? and if it fails are my headphones garbage or can i buy just a new cord for it?

Re: Broke my MDR-v500's

If you seriously expect members of the forum to advise you on how to defraud the manufacturers of your headphones, you've come to the wrong place.

Accept that you've damaged them due to your own efforts,do the honest thing, and replace them yourself.
