I am looking for a new set of Cordless headphones to use with my XBOX360 & to watch DVD Movies

I bought a Sony MDR-DS5100 (Used) and it was simply GREAT .. I bought it mainly becuase it did Surround, but unfortunately, my Plasma TV interfeers with the IR signal, so I had to sell them, so now I am in the market for a new pair, but must be RF

I can get either PHILIPS HC8580 or Sony MDR-RF850RK for about £50 .. any advise on wich one to get ?
