Best in-ear earphones for MP3 player?

I need some help to find out what the best earphones would be for my MP3 player, as I use it everyday for 2hrs+, so could justify a price of upto £150, possibly a bit more if they are worth it? I have had enough of these £20 ones

Got some Shure E2c's a while ago...brilliant, use tham all time. With your budget you could buy these and still get a large wedge of cahnge.

I would definately consider the Shure E4's. You can get a pair for around £115 from Ebay

If you like the foam tips for them then you can get 10 pairs of those for around £18, again from Ebay.

Check out http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/index.php before you make a decision.

I've got the Shure E4c's which I use with my nano, bought to replace my E2c's, and I really like them but some people swear by the ultimate ears' line of earphones, which are also worth considering. I think if you've got a budget of £150 though, the E4c's are worth the extra over the E2c's.

I would probably agree here, I just couldn't afford the E4c's, so had to settle for the E2c's.... Still worth the money tho..

Another vote for the e4c's hear.

Sound reproduction is fantastic. I've been discovering new layers of sound within recordings, but the flip side is that any poor recording (or low bit rate encoding) is also revealed.

Do not forget the Shure customer service. It is second to none.

I wrecked a pair I had purchased from the US via eBay and though it was clear that the damage had nothing to do with workmenship or Shure, they replaced the e4c's for free. See hear for more details

That piece of mind alone would suggest that Shure is worth considering.

I have the Bang & Olufsen A8's and I love them, had them for a year now and they are still the best headphones I have ever tried. They are £80 - £90.

Go here http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Road-Dog-On-Line

And go for the Westone UM2 they retail for £159 but you can make an offer so do so for £150. These are the same phones as the Shure e5c only better (cable, price, ear plugs, etc).

Checkout some reviews here http://store.earphonesolutions.com/weea.html
