Best Headphones for potable mp3 player up 2 £90

Just bought a 2nd gen nano and need 2 update the dodgey headphones, just about 2 start work after uni so can spend a fairly decent amount (up to £90). Dont want closed headphones and will mainly be use for travelling to work etc. Need 2 be capable of decent noise cancelling as i dont wanna damage my hearing by increasing the volume just to drown out train noises and other peoples conversations.

Am tempted by Bang & olufsen a8's... any good? if they are? where best place to buy some? seen them on ebay but allways worried about inferior dodey grey imports.

Also shure looks good.

Thanks for any help

I have the AT ATH-OR7! These headphones are wonderful!

They're very light weight. I looked around and tried several different headphones and these are definitely the best I've ever tried in their category.
