Headphones for Kids

Anyone any experience in buying headphones (Pref In Ear) for kids to use with their Daps??

Little ones only 3 yet loves his music and as he's watched by me and his brother (11) using in ears he's not keen on band headphones as he wants to be like us (kids eh).

Most of the ear phones that are supplied with Dap's seem to be so very big for his ears and keep falling off / out and he's getting very frustrated and those that possess 3 yr olds will know that a frustrated 3 yr old is much akin to having flu/athletes foot/shingles and a very bad dose of the clap all at once!!

Any thoughts recommendations?????

i'm sure i've heard somewhere that headphones for young kids...definetly your 3 year old, is a big no no.....sorry.

There are some headphones with limited outputs to protect kids ears but they all seem to be in the states, so yes you can get child friendly phones im just looking for child friendly in ears.

Thats the reason im asking in order to 1 protect the youngsters ears and 2 make him as hip as his dad and brother !!

Again on the issue of damaging ears in kids the iPod now has improved firmware which has a volume limit in order to minimise the level he can play it at this would enable me to use any earphones as long as they fit safe in the knowledge that i can limit his volume
