Behind the head or over the ear recommendations

My partner has a small head so she doesn't like head band headphones which mess up her hair and fall off! Her ears are also too small/the wrong shape to wear ear buds.

I bought her a set of Sennheiser PMX40 to go with her 40GB iPod. She liked them but they got trashed in her laptop bag after about a year

She replaced them with some cheap over the ear Panasonics which sound dreadful (to me).

Can anyone recommend a set of behind the head or over the ear 'phones with good sound quality that can also stand up to a decent amount of wear and tear everyday? Budget is up to £50 for something great.

Just a nudge on this guy's question as it mimics my own - girlfriend with small ears, dosent like in-ears nor over the top. Needs something for running, so some sort of band or over-ear jobbie.

I got the "Logitech Sports" behind the head, but they didnt sit well at all.

there's other stuff out there like the Sony MDR-J10 and Sennheiser Pmx series, but suggestions would be appreciated.

Try the Sennheiser PMX100 (open) / PMX200 (closed), or the Koss Sportapro. The best of a mediocre bunch (i.e.all 'backphones').
