HFI1650 - Surround Sound?

Rather than buying a sound setup as I had originally intended, I've decided to go down the headphones route for now as, being a student, I have limited space and funds. I've decided upon the HFI1650 headphones because they're designed to give the effect of loud speakers and are meant to be of excellent quality.

These headphones are supposed to be able to produce a surround sound effect but what other equipment will I need to purchase to take advantage of that functionality?

I'm going to be using the headphones for music, games (Xbox 360/PC) and movies, so I'll want to be able to connect them to a decent PC sound card, but I'm not sure what would be well matched for these.

If you could give me some advice about that, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks

Take a look at these. These are the Philips Dolby surround system referred to in other posts except they are wired and consequently much cheaper. In dolby surround, the surround decoding/processing is done by the amplifier unit, the headphones are normal cans. I have a pair on order myself and will be posting my impressions after I have a chance to run them in.
