Good Service from Bose

A couple of weeks ago, I was traveling on an extremely overcrowded train with my Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headphones in my shoulder bag. I later discovered that the left headband and ratchet had broken and although usable, the ear pad flopped about. I phoned Bose to enquire about the cost of repair, but was told that as it was within the two year warranty period, it would be collected repaired and returned free of charge. Today (a week after they were returned) I recieved a brand new and upgraded set of Bose headphones at no cost. What service.
